While I'm partial to the delicious copycat Papa John's garlic sauce, one sauce that countless people are dying to perfect the recipe for is none other than the Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce from Wendy's.
Bake the peppers and garlic until there is a slight char on the skins. Be careful not to burn them, and most importantly, BEWARE OF FUMES! Approximately 350 degrees at 30 minutes is good.
