Excel automatically inserts the graph, but it has no labels. Review the new green "Chart Tools" tab and ribbon at the top of the screen. If you don't see them, click the chart to enable them.

Click the Data Labels tab. Uncheck the Values option in the Label Contains section and click OK. Repeats steps 4 through 6 for the Teens and Adults series (but not the % Adults series).

If you want to add labels to the bubbles in an Excel bubble chart, you have to do it after you create the chart. Mary Ann Richardson explains what you need to do to add a data label to each bubble.

Open Microsoft Excel. Click the "File" tab. Click "Open." Navigate to the chart to add notes onto and double-click the name of the file. Right-click the chart.
