While the Harris campaign is putting out word that the turnout is looking strong for them, a Trump campaign official told CBS News that the turnout is “robust” in rural areas where they will need to run up the votes to win the pivotal swing state.

The Harris team closed out Election Day cautiously optimistic about the turnout and her chances of being elected the first woman president, bolstered in part by high turnout in swing states, including among Puerto Ricans in Pennsylvania, long lines at college campuses, and reports from advisers positioned in battleground states.
