University of Houston sex assault suspect arrested hours after reward offered in student attack
Eric Latroy Brown, 40, was arrested in the East Downtown area near the intersection of Texas Avenue and St. Emanuel Street, according to a social media post by the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
Now that Eric Brown is behind bars, the University of Houston student body president said their main focus is addressing on-campus safety.
