Gates at Ambuklao, Binga, San Roque, and Magat dams remained open on Monday morning to release water amid the rains brought by Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-Yi). As of 8 a.m., state weather bureau PAGASA said that eight gates were open at Ambuklao Dam in Benguet at 5.

Typhoon Pepito will continue to stir heavy rains in parts of Luzon as it moves away from the country on Monday, PAGASA said.
