Good news for fans of Pappy Van Winkle. There’s a new way to grab some of the most rare, sought-after whiskey in the U.S. Sazerac, in partnership with the Van Winkle Family, is auctioning off Pappy Van Winkle rarities for a charity program to raise funds for those affected by the California wildfires.

All the offerings will be available online at Sazeracgivesback.com; bidding is open to 11:59 p.m. ET Feb. 23. One winner for each price package, excluding the Pappy Van Winkle barrel, will be randomly drawn and notified the week of March 3.

Bidding for a barrel of the 15-year-old rare bourbon will begin at $10,000.
