Mayor Michelle Wu is delivering her annual State of the City address Wednesday evening at MGM Music Hall at Fenway. The speech comes as Wu seeks reelection this fall, and she is expected to trot out a list of accomplishments from her first term while promising new initiatives, including an effort to kickstart the adoption of heat pumps.
