The "Inclusive Poster Series" has been at the center of a federal lawsuit filed against Lakeville Area Schools in 2022.

The posters that include the sayings “We Are Stronger Together” and “Black Lives Matter” were created by the district with student support in 2021. A lawsuit over them is ongoing.
