Ilay David, brother of hostage Evyatar, spoke before the United Nations Security Council, calling for action and saying that Hamas is starving hostages and forcing them to dig their own graves.

The military said that troops from the Kfir Brigade have dismantled hundreds of terrorist infrastructure sites, uncovered numerous weapons caches, and neutralised terrorists operating in the region.

Hamas said on Sunday it was prepared to co-ordinate with the Red Cross to deliver aid to hostages it holds in Gaza if Israel meets certain conditions, after a video it released showing an emaciated captive drew sharp criticism from Western powers.
