In the final scene, Daniel attempts to catch a fly with chopsticks like Mr. Miyagi challenged him to do in The Karate Kid. Johnny comes and squishes the fly with his hands while they are out for lunch, once again illustrating that their friendship is based on differences.

Cobra Kai built tension and kept us all successfully invested for six seasons with its high kicks, rivalries, and heartfelt moments, and now, the show has delivered its final blow. The Netflix series, even though fresh, had a nostalgic value because it revived the Karate Kid franchise.
