You can easily spend a half day depending upon the encounters you choose. Their website gives you the exact times for the activities. We did the elephant spa, wagon tour, and then wolf pup encounter and we were there 4 hours total.

I think the Wi-Fi signal is too weak to reach the cabins. IIn September 2019, I stayed in one of the rooms in the Carriage House , which is closer to the office than the cabins are, and I could not get Wi-Fi in the Carriage House. I had to go inside the office/store and sit on the floor (because there was nowhere else to sit) in order to get Wi Fi reception.
