Hi Viv50. Yes you need to book first. Just phone them. They are lovely people. Only 4 people at any time if I remember rightly, but only you and your guests. I booked about 2 weeks before but it was winter when we went. Probably a good idea to book sooner rather than later. They only do 2 demos each day. I think it was about £20 each. Worth every penny. You get nice tea and cakes too x

It is open by appointment only, and you need to call and book in advance. The website can be found (sorry, systems won't let me post link) easily of Googld and it says that over 16s only are allowed and that the visit is 2 hours (it is completely personal and escorted). This is a charming man and wife just sharing his collection as a pseudo-hobby, not trying to be a business or anything like that. Relevant quote from the website:- TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT PLEASE RING & BOOK AS EARLY AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN, PARTICULARLY DURING SUMMER MONTHS Telephone (01947) 897440 - Please ring during evenings only - Please note: All enquiries to the museum must be made by telephone only - Thank you

£20 per head but will only take 4 at a time due to the small size of the Museum. You get a demonstration from the owner plus tea and cakes with him and his wife. Bargain
