I would not recommend it if you have problems with your knees as it is quite hard in parts.The whole tour was a 10/10. And you are climbing in the dark so you can't see the scary parts and going down I focused on the dirt below me and didn't look at any scary bits. t

sunset hiking is bit difficult than sunrise hiking in a tropical country like Indonesia. however you I admit that sunrise hiking is much crowded.
