Do I have to buy my ticket online or can I pay at turner falls?

I bought some online, but the line to get in was really long, almost 1hr and 30 minutes to finally get in. They only take refunds if theres like a flood or something like that.

Have no idea. We didn't stay there. Don't waste your money if you are going there to see the Falls. Big disappointment.
