The first floor is a straight through open layout with the half bathroom, dining room, living room (with the couch that converts to a bed), kitchen (which has the door that leads to the backyard private patio). The second floor of the house has 3 bedrooms, with a total of 3 beds. The master's bathroom is on the second floor while the half bath is on the first floor. The Master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom has a lovely street view. The first floor has a couch that pulls out to a bed that sleeps 2. If you like, I have air mattresses as well if you prefer an air mattress over the couch bed. The air mattress plugs into the wall and inflates itself, this mattress sleeps 2 people. It’s queen-sized. Pillows and bedsheets are provided for the air mattress or the couch. The washing machine and dryer are dedicated to the entire apartment and they are located in the basement.
