Kissimmee Lakefront Park is a great area to spend part of a day. One may stroll on a path along the water, have a picnic, rent a pavilion for an event, or take a boat ride from the marina area.Full review by carolannj937

Strange how this is a big park and there is nowhere to workout calisthenics. There should at least be some kind of calisthenics equipment or something to keep people fit. All you can do here is walk.…Full review by Ryan V

Are alcoholic beverages allowed in the picnic area? A bottle of wine, for example.

We didn't have alcohol, so I cannot answer conclusively, but the area is wide open and not actively monitored. Would non expect a problem so long as you are discrete.

The question you should have asked is how many gator attacks against people have been reported at the lake, that would give you an idea of how safe it is. My estimation from experience is zero for the number of attacks that occurred out of the lake's water line.
