Book your tour tickets and reserve your table on our website. Enjoy world-class cocktails with sweeping views of Edinburgh Castle in our 1820 rooftop bar and sought after whiskies in our Explorers' Bothy bar. Discover our private dining offering, retail area and more. Our opening hours vary by department. Tours: from 11am-7pm (subject to availability, varies by tour). Advanced booking recommended. 1820 bar: 7 days, 10.00am - midnight STIR at the Explorers' Bothy Bar: Wednesdays - Saturdays, 5:30pm – 8.30pm (last sitting) Retail: Mon - Thurs: 10am - 8.30pm, Fri- Sat: 10am - 9pm, Sun: 11am - 8pm
