Darien Genesee County New York

Darien is a town in Genesee County, New York, United States. The population was 3,010 at the 2020 census. Darien lies in the southwestern part of Genesee County, southwest of Batavia. During the early historic period, the area was occupied by the Seneca people, and was referred to by them as O-so-on-to-geh, or "Place where turkeys are found".
