Buffalo Township is a township in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,984 at the 2020 census. The Caldwell Tavern, "S" Bridge, and Levi Wilson Tavern are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is home to the Mel Blount Youth Home.
